OUR TEAM

David is a director who opted to go out on his own after working for numerous groundworks contractors since leaving school. These roles consisted of groundworker, ganger man and most recently, quantity surveyor.  The experience gained from these roles have allowed him to take the leap of faith and branch out into working for himself. 

 The little man in the photo is Ellis Smith - he was a new arrival in late 2025 and is already onboard learning the ropes (whilst on reduced hours). 

Kelly is a director at Clearwater and heads business development (amongst other things). Her previous experience consists of working in construction for an M&E company before becoming a registered children's nurse. 

Given Kelly's skill set and attitude towards hard work, she has moved effortlessly into this role and brought immediate success to the company.
