This residential development was started in the latter months of 2025 and handed back to our client who undertook the works on behalf of Wolverhampton Council in 2026.

Situated on a site the previously houses garages.

Foundation Type: Raft Slab 

c. 2t on reinforcement to tie prior to the 300mm thick slab being shuttered and poured. 

Drainage: New connections for both the foul and storm into the existing highway have taken place. Average depth of these runs was 1.90m deep.
