Works are currently underway on this residential development on behalf on Wolverhampton council. Situated on a site that previously housed old garages.

Our package comprises groundworks, roads & sewers and S278. 

Foundation Type: Raft Slab 

c. 2t on reinforcement to tie prior to the 300mm thick slab being shuttered and poured. 

Drainage: New connections for both the foul and storm into the existing highway have taken place. Average depth of these runs was 1.90m deep.
